DS-KV6133-WME1 is a 1-subscriber gate/door station, dedicated for 2nd generation+ Hikvision IP video intercom systems. Built-in color camera with a resolution of 2 MP with wide viewing angle (129° (H)/75° (V)) and an IR illuminator with the range of 2.5 m, ensure proper area observation round the clock. Built-in Mifare (13,56 MHz) transponder reader allows for door opening with cards or key rings. The panel has 4 alarm inputs and 1 relay output (no expansion possible) for opening the wicket. The built-in speaker and microphone with echo and noise cancellation function allow for good quality voice connections. The station is equipped with an Ethernet port enabling power supply and connection to the system and a Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) module for wireless communication. The configuration of the IP video door system can be performed with the use of the iVMS 4200 client software or a web browser using an embedded webserver. Remote monitoring and operation are controlled by the Hik-Connect application without the need for port forwarding. The station can be supplied with 12 VDC or PoE (802.3af).

System configuration and management

The system can be configured using a functional client application iVMS-4200 (v3) dedicated to the management and supervision of Hikvision security systems such as DVRs (IP, TurboHD), video intercoms, access control, decoders, etc. In the case of operating video intercom systems, it is possible to open doors remotely, record the video from the camera, take snapshots, make voice calls to the subscriber monitor(s). The application can also send text notifications with snapshots to the subscriber(s). Any information can be transferred easily and quickly, for example the user of the door station can directly call the monitoring center (iVMS-4200) and establish connection with the security staff.

Access from mobile devices

Hikvision devices can be operated via mobile phones with Android or iOS using the dedicated Hik-Connect mobile application. It can be used for remote live viewing from DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, video intercoms over the WiFi, 2G or 3G and to view saved recordings. Operating video intercoms with the application provides also remote opening of the electric strike, receiving notifications and transferring calls from the entrance panel to the phone in the absence of the subscriber. The application allows connectivity via IP addresses and via P2P cloud. Hik-Connect is also the name of the cloud service that provides access to devices in the absence of an external IP address.
