Distinguishing features:

ClearHD 3.3-12 mm M2272 is a high quality 1/3" glass lens designed for high resolution and megapixel cameras (up to 2 MP). The lens captures sharp, detailed images within the whole field of view, also at the edges.

The IR-corrected lens provides optimum results in day/night cameras. Normally, infrared light is focused at a different point than visible light, which may result in loss of focus when the camera cooperates with IR illuminator(s). Sunlight is also partially composed of infrared spectrum which may cause focus problems in the case of lenses without IR correction. The application of M2272 lens eliminates these problems.

The manual focal length setting has a range from 3.3 to 12 mm. It allows fast and easy selection of desirable angle of view. For instance, the angle of view of a camera with a 1/3" sensor can be adjusted from 80^o do 30^o (horizontally). The lens is equipped with auto-iris function (DC-controlled).
